Bulk Allele Resolution Sequencing (BARe-seq) is a sequencing based method that enables inference of parameters of transcriptional bursting in cell populations. Its high throughput nature allows for dissecting effects of regulatory elements on transcriptional bursting in a fine-grained manner. Congratulations!
